Greentree Road Sidewalk
Improvements, Phase 3
Client: Borough of Greentree
Service: Residential Site Development
Location: Greentree Road, Pittsburgh PA
Project Overview
Cronin Enterprises’ Civil Division completed Phase 3 of the Greentree Road Sidewalk Improvements for the Borough of Greentree, delivering upgraded pedestrian infrastructure along an active commercial corridor in Pittsburgh. The project scope included curb cut ramps, concrete driveway and sidewalk removal and replacement, concrete curb replacement, manhole and inlet adjustments, bituminous pavement restoration, line striping, pedestrian crossing installation, rapid flashing beacon foundation, traffic maintenance, and erosion control.
Executing this work along a busy stretch of Greentree Road demanded tight traffic management and close coordination with adjacent property owners throughout construction. Our team completed sidewalk installations with minimal disruption to residents and businesses, improved stormwater drainage along the entire work area, and delivered a safer, more accessible pedestrian corridor from start to finish.
Backed by experienced crews, modern equipment, and a safety-first culture, the project was delivered efficiently and in full compliance with all engineering and Borough requirements.
