Project Overview
Cronin Enterprises’ Civil Division completed a comprehensive stormwater improvement project at Olson Park for the Township of Moon, delivering a fully integrated water management system across the site. The project scope included excavation and installation of four stormwater retention/detention ponds with all necessary inlet/outlet structures and associated piping, excavation and installation of an approximately 88,000 CF Strombrixx underground water storage system, approximately 15,000 CY of cut and fill operations, and restoration of approximately 1,000 LF of streambank including grading, geotextile placement, and bare root plantings.
The scale and complexity of this project demanded precise earthwork execution and careful environmental stewardship throughout construction. Our team installed a 30,000 SF underground detention system, constructed four retention ponds to effectively manage site runoff, and rehabilitated approximately 1,000 LF of degraded streambank by removing invasive species and establishing new plantings to restore the natural corridor long-term.
Backed by experienced crews, modern equipment, and a safety-first culture, the project was delivered efficiently and in full compliance with all engineering and municipal requirements.
