Cronin Enterprises’ Civil & Rail Division completed comprehensive site and stormwater infrastructure improvements at the Jarco Facility on Neville Island, supporting the ongoing operation of this active industrial facility while enhancing drainage performance, site safety, and regulatory compliance. The project improved truck court access, resurfaced key yard areas, upgraded stormwater infrastructure, and implemented essential environmental compliance measures to support heavy-duty logistics operations. Work also included storm sewer replacement, drainage structure installation, site grading, pavement restoration, and structural site repairs throughout the facility.

Our crews completed extensive stormwater system upgrades, including new underground piping, precast drainage structures, trench drains, outlet protection, and regraded drainage swales designed to improve site runoff and eliminate areas of standing water.

In addition to drainage improvements, the project included concrete and asphalt repairs, stone base installation, grading, utility coordination, erosion and sediment control measures, and ongoing traffic management to minimize disruptions throughout construction. Every phase of the work was completed in accordance with PennDOT specifications, environmental regulations, and facility safety requirements.

Working within an active development footprint, our team coordinated closely with site contractors to maintain schedule and ensure proper stormwater management for the facility. The underground detention system was designed to effectively manage runoff from the building and paved surfaces while maintaining long-term durability and performance.
