Pickleball Facility

Cronin Enterprises’ Civil Division completed the stormwater detention system for the new Level Up Pickleball Campus, supporting site development for this large recreational facility. The project included mass excavation, subgrade preparation, installation of a subsurface detention tank system, stone backfill, and final grading to accommodate site drainage and parking improvements.

Working within an active development footprint, our team coordinated closely with site contractors to maintain schedule and ensure proper stormwater management for the facility. The underground detention system was designed to effectively manage runoff from the building and paved surfaces while maintaining long-term durability and performance.

Backed by experienced crews, modern equipment, and a safety-first culture, the project was delivered efficiently and in accordance with all engineering and municipal requirements.
