We are based in Imperial, PA, and we work across the Greater Pittsburgh area for civil and site development projects, and across the country for railroad and emergency response work. Our clients include commercial developers, industrial operators, and regional and national railroad companies. The work is different every time. The standard we hold ourselves to is not.

One thing that has not changed is how we do the work. We self-perform 75 to 90 percent of every project. Our people and our equipment are on your job. That matters because it keeps quality in our hands, keeps timelines tighter, and means you always know who is accountable.

Safety has been part of how we operate from the beginning. We run a third-party safety program, maintain OSHA certifications, and carry the qualifications required to work in complex industrial and railroad environments. We are PennDOT pre-qualified and fully bonded and insured.

Cronin Civil & Rail is part of Cronin Companies, a family of businesses that has been serving the Pittsburgh region for decades. Our sister companies cover residential and commercial landscaping and building supply. Each one stands on its own, but the experience and relationships we have built run through all of them.
