As part of The Log Church’s expansion along Banksville Road in Pittsburgh, Cronin Enterprises’ Civil & Rail Division and C&R Landscape Development partnered to deliver complete site development for the new church. The project included approximately 20,000 cubic yards of cut and fill operations, installation of a comprehensive stormwater management system with an underground detention tank, and construction of two retaining walls totaling more than 1,400 linear feet with an average height of 25 feet.

The scale and complexity of the project required careful coordination between multiple divisions to manage significant earthwork, stormwater infrastructure, and structural retaining wall construction while preparing the site for future development. By combining civil construction expertise with landscape development capabilities, our teams provided a seamless approach from initial site preparation through major infrastructure installation.
